Observation

A staff member was left unsupervised to care for children with an expired background clearance. Staff failed to provide proper supervision by checking on children on many occasions with little time in between during nap time. During inspection of complaint staff stated children were put down around 1 pm; they didnt realize one of the children had turned blue until 3:20 pm,
